Everyone is extremely courteous and thorough in attention to detail. We had body work done and it came out perfect. To put the cherry on the cake, they detailed the interior and said that is their customary customer service. I’ve never had my vehicle detailed after bodywork. Their work is meticulous.

A deer ran in front of my vehicle and ruined the left front fender, front end and internal components supporting the structure. Abra was a vendor for my insurance company and they contacted me within 24 hours to set up an appointment to access the damage and provide quotes to complete the repair. They took all of the stress out of dealing with this accident and fixed the car. Their during service communication was excellent and they delivered the vehicle before the promised date. They matched the paint perfectly to the rest of the vehicle. I was very pleased with every aspect of the process and would recommend their shop for repairs such as this.

We have been directedby our auto-insurance to use Abra twice now, both times to repair damage from hitting deer in our F150 in 2019, and our Subaru just this month (June 2025). Their staff are courteous and friendly, and they do good work. The Subaru is still in the claim process, but should be going to get worked on within the week. I highly recommend them. This last repair with our Subaru was completed 3 days faster than estimated, and the work was great.
