I had a pretty seamless experience. I brought my car in, was given a quote for parts and labor, placed the order for the parts, was then scheduled for service once they arrived, got my car in and out in the promised timeframe, which in my case only needed a day and was back on the road. Everyone was very helpful and I’m very satisfied with their work. If I ever have any other bodywork issues (and I hope I don’t), I’d certainly choose them.

After taking these dangerous Atlanta highways on our way home, we were sideswiped. We got in to the repair shop in early October and got the car back on Dec 1, 2023. I’m very pleased with the results, as the car looks BRAND NEW! I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Atlanta Northeast’s collision shop for their precise and detailed work as well as their great customer service.

If you ever need a Mercedes repaired, I highly recommend Abra in Duluth. Dennis and team are phenomenal. After someone hit me on my moving day to Georgia, Abra brought my car back to perfection! Dennis is by far one of the best in the business, patient, keeps you updated, explains the process and does great work! It does take a little time to get an appointment but from the pictures attached, you can see why, the work is immaculate. Thank you all so much and thank you Dennis for helping me with this process! This location only works on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and is located within the dealership compound there was no indication of this on the online listing when I went in and met with the people they were very nice but removing one star because there was no indication that this is Mercedes-Benz only
